Q: How long will shipping take?

A: Orders ship USPS priority. Shipping takes approx. 1-3 business days. 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: You will be provided with tracking information via email, as soon as your item ships.

Q: Where does Dive Local Apparel ship?

A: At this time, anywhere within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: My item doesn't fit or I changed my mind. Can I exchange it?

A: Of Course! Simply send us an email and let us know you are shipping the item back. As soon as your item has been received, we will ship out the correct one. There is a 30 day window from the date of purchase, for all returns and exchanges. Item must be in original condition. *Please note: shipping is non-refundable. 

Q: I don't like my item or I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

A: Of Course! Simply send us an email and let us know you are shipping the item back. As soon as your item has been received, we will credit you. There is a 30 day window from the date of purchase, for all returns and exchanges. Item must be in original condition. *Please note: shipping is non-refundable.

Q: Are credit card payments safe?

A: Absolutely! All transactions are secure and we do not store your information.
